King Tijn - Liar - Possible Scammer

Okay, so I was talking to King Tijn and he agreed to do a firecape for me. So I pay him 26 dollars (18 for cape, 3 for vip service (starts right away), and 5 because I barley didn't meet the hitpoint requirement.

I've been talking to him on msn he was allegedly doing the firecape for me, but all along he didn't DO ANYTHING. He told me he died and that he was going to try again..

I login and find my account in the same spot of where i left, and i check my exchange history and nothing has been bought or sold (because he said he was going to get supplies). Nothing was used, I still have my 5k bolt racks, 27 brews, 27 super restores, 402 sweets, he didn't even ATTEMPT THE CAPE.

Clearly his "VIP service" says he starts within 5minutes, and since i was using meebo , not all logs were saved but I do have enough proof to prove he didn't even attempt my cape and that he was lying the whole time.

now he won't even reply on msn

Please allow him to finish what you've paid him for, naturally, this member is known to be rather trustworthy.

you can tell him to have it completed ASAP.

when he never even attempted!

His reply:

I didn't notice that he was 56 HP until he paid. I did offer him a refund as soon as I saw it.

He gave me wrong user name and didn't get back to me for a long time and by then I got another order, another low HP one which I later got confused with his. I got called out by the bank for an emergency after dieing on the 50 HP one. And I changed my status before I left so that they know I wasn't ignoring them on msn.

I would do it if he waited before opening this but now I'm just gonna refund, to which he agreed.
