i have some easy questions about scar

ok so what i want to do is get a mining lvler bot to get a character up to 60 then a guild mining bot for money... so basically i need to know these questions:
1)wat is scar, and where do i download it?
2)for wat i mentioned above:wat all do i need to download to accomplish those tasks and where can i download them?
