Here is the proove and there is nothing wrong with receiving. I have rang paypal and they explained that the sender's paypal is limited and therefore he cannot send any payments until he's over 18 and all the payments are to reverse.

 

Its being reviewed by paypal, so therefore we will wait until they are done to do anything.

 

I'm pretty sure paypal isn't doing anything until the payer provide prove of ID (including address, name, age) and if he is under 18, the payment will be on held for 180 days then it will be reversed back to him. I believe I'm not the only one he's been playing around with this and he has promised my friend to get him some gold and after 3 days, he still hasn't.

 

Theres no such thing as 180 days of anything. Wait the 7 days until paypal sorts it out we arent going to do anything until then
