High Pardon - Ulti_Not

Hello Sythe and the community. It is Ulti_Not and I want to make a high pardon to Malyce, staff and the community.

Last summer, I was having difficulties in school due to I wasn't managing my time properly, handing in my assignments late, skipping school and was failing most of my courses. I committed most of my time into Sythe (blackmarket) and didn't focus enough in the real world and that's what screwed me up during exams and ISUs. I had a lot of excess work to finish before the summer came by so I was searching section "homework help" for someone clever enough to help me out. That is when I met Malyce (http://ww2a.sythe.org/member.php?u=288470) and asked for his help. He helped me out on two of my final assignments (history essay and science brochure) and finished it at the right time (we lived different time zones). This is where it all went wrong due to my time management skills being fairly poor and time zone problem. It it definitely my mistake in not replying back to him and telling him when I will pay for the assignments. I had a lot of things on my back to bare and I couldn't manage to get on msn and sythe as much as previously. There is where the misunderstanding occurred and he thought I wasn't going to pay him at all but indeed I was.

When I finished my exams and balanced things out, I was not able to get in contact with him and to ask for the amount he wanted for the assignments he did for me. I've been waiting for a while for his presence but it seems it's too late. I really want to talk with Malyce and deal things out with him. He trusted me and I respect that due to I've done 100+ trades, spent over 15k+ and have over 150+ vouches(legit ones). I had earned much respect from some of the staff and I let them down due to my lack of communication. And I realize, it is my fault for all of this.

To conclude, I really want to come back to the community and build back my rep, help out with ban evaders (caught a lot!), and gain my absolute trust from my friends and community. Also, I have the money for Malyce and I wanted to know if a staff member can hold it for me until Malyce comes back? At least by doing this, I can prove I had no intentions of scamming him and that I care about Sythe.

Hopefully this turns out well and like I said, I will pay the price for the careless and stupid mistakes I had done. I am very sorry, I can't stress this enough.

SmperFidelis filed a report against you for ban evading at 11:34 AM, and then at 12:06 PM you post a high pardon. I highly doubt you would have come forward about this voluntarily, and that the only reason you did so was because you knew you were going to be banned anyways.

Conclusion: no support from me.
