IP ban and ban

Ok... well a while ago my brother had a account on sythe... he got banned for scamming, then around a week later i joined for the GFX community which i heard from a few people was pretty good here. So i got into GFX and the spam forum, and about a month after i joined, because me and my brother use the same computer, got IP ban and i got banned for ban evading which i didnt do it was just because he got banned prior to me joining for scamming someone for training on runescape. I dont play runescape, and ive never scammed anyone, i stuck to the GFX forum and the spam forum, its been a while since i was banned and the dispute forum didnt work for me back when i was banned and i didnt have to many people from sythe on my msn, ive since gotten CS# and id like to come back to get into GFX again, i didnt really do anything with photoshop after i got banned for something i didnt do. but now that i have CS3 id like to come back so i can get into GFX again as i said..... ive looked at some tuts and done about 4 or 5 sigs to brush up the skill i have lol and yer id like to come back.
I spoke to Viper and he said that i should just get a trade with caution and a market ban, so that i could get back into GFX again and still go to the spam forum, and i guess if thats not enough you could ban me from more forums as long as i can still go the the spam forum and GFX im happy, you can also check where ive posted aswell if you want to check on me, id just really like to come back so i can use photoshop more, or else it would have been a waste of money. my username is: me likes pies.
