i just got a paypl acc and i got $10 from this one websit and my acc isnt verified so it says i cant send any money unless i add a bank acc and/or a credit crad but i dont want to is there any way i can gain the right to send money without adding one of those to thing plz post here and pm me if im not on thanks much

Yes, for 1.50, you can get Paypal to write you a check. Otherwise, I don't think so.
