what to alch for minimum loss?

i just completed desert treasure and now need 82/94 mage for some ice pking. The problem is im only 76 mage. I mean.. how do iron men have 70+ mage what do they do. What should i do or what should i alch for the least impact on my bank?

I use Gold amulets. You can buy 10k of them for around 900k and turn that into 2.1m but you still lose a bit of gold because of natures.

 

Just check prices of items via grand exchange and check alch value. And chek how much nature rune costs. Add ge price to nature rune cost, if that adds up to more than alch value it's a loss. If negative it's profit but you'll almost always get some loss, just try to minimize it.


Green d'hide bodies are decent, so are air/fire/earth/... Battle staffs

 

AFK splashing whilst your sleeping/afk is a nice cheap way to gain mage xp.

Air Bstaffs, but cost a lot to buy in bulk.

Super heating is profit and also faster as long as you pay attention. It's just a lot more effort than alching.

Over 37m mage exp on 07. Superheated to 85 smithing aswell lol

 

Air battle staffs, and green d hide bodies are both good.

 

You can break even with addy platebodies and mithril plates.
