I have a problem with 'CreateTPAFromBMP'

I have a problem with 'CreateTPAFromBMP'

    I have a problem with 'CreateTPAFromBMP'
    Failed when compiling
    Line 51: [Error] (344:11): Unknown identifier 'CreateTPAFromBMP' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.22\includes\SRL\SRL\Core\Math.scar

    I get this message with every script I run!!!
    Can someone help me?

    I have a problem with 'CreateTPAFromBMP'
    Run SCAR as administrator.

    Download SRL and Includes by going to:
    File -> Download SRL
    File -> Download Includes

    Still not working after all the steps above? Try going to:

    Tools -> Options -> SRL Download -> Move Plugins
