Needing 10 dollars through PayPal (Willing to pay collateral) Bonus when paid back.

Yeah guys, I'm in desperate need of 10 dollars for PayPal. I will give a collateral for the time being that equals up to 10 dollars. In the end when I am paying you back, you will get a bonus of 5 dollars which means you'll get 15 dollars back. I will pay you back in no more than 2 weeks from when the loan is given out. I also expect my collateral to be given back.
