i have just got an idea. like the lottery.

every1 picks a set of 4 numbers. each ticket is 25k. and whoever wins . gets 80% of the money. and 20% for me. so think about it. 400 people do this. every 4 is 100k. add 2 0's on it 40M. now who wouldnt like that.
