Cinnabon Scammed Me

Explanation of the trade: I was suppose to receive 45m osrs for 10b soulplay
How they scammed: He asked me to duel him the 10b and I did. Then asked me if I would lower ratio, I should have said yes because I had a feeling he was going to scam me after he asked this

Hey, sorry for not helping you make the report the other day I was loaded with work, then came home and was extremely tired, so I didn't jump on until around midnight to do some trades, and forgot about this until I came home just now, so again I'm sorry for that @DaMonstaMan.

I'll be adding some additional screenshots of the conversation I had with Cinnabon following the evidence I displayed to him when he denied scamming anyone;

(Conversation is slightly long, so I'll try to explain each, and every picture in a spoiler below to help you guys out)

Part 1: Admitting to not stating risks at all, and following up with several lies....

@Cinnabon states that he sold 10B to @DaMonstaMan, and following the trade @DaMonstaMan received a ban, and @Cinnabon wouldn't refund. Now obviously there's a risk when trading, but @Cinnabon failed to state that, and ignored the situation.

The thing I didn't understand here was that he said he sold 10B to @DaMonstaMan as seen in the picture above, but obviously as you can see in this picture @DaMonstaMan displayed this was not the case because @Cinnabon was buying the 10B from him.

This is where the lies, and deception begins.

To summarize the second portion of our conversation, @Cinnabon began accusing @DaMonstaMan of ban evasion to make an excuse to try and run away from the issue. I know @DaMonstaMan isn't a ban evader as I've checked the IP audits, Skypes, etc for matches, so it's obvious @Cinnabon has bad intentions. He continues to then try and say that the screenshots are faked, and that isn't his Skype, but what story is it because at this point he just seems to come up with every excuse in the books to try and cover himself. He goes offline after we speak, and it was kind of obvious what he was doing at this point. I told him I have faith he'll refund because we've done business several times before with no issue, but if he didn't refund @DaMonstaMan within the next day I'd report it. Turns out he hasn't logged on, or responded to my Skype since, so I doubt he's going to refund at all. Sorry for your loss @DaMonstaMan.

 

if needed, I can look through the converswation and provide where he says he is buying the 10b from me, and im actually giving him the 10b, and not the other way around. Also if he is saying I gave him osrs, that is impossible because he then goes to say that I was banned, if he had scammed me for osrs then I wouldn't have been banned because there wouldn't have ever been contact on the rsps. therefor he is lieing, he scammed me 10b cash on soulplay and never payed me the osrs.

 

I use the web Skype because the app doesn't work on my computer for some reason. Here is gif of me confirming his Skype and the messages
