i got scammed by 'cinnabon'

this person scammed me and he has couple of vouches so i trusted him and went first like, he just took my money and didnt reply i got 3 pictures to prove it

i would like a refund or something if not atleast bann him now he is still on the loose, this happened to me light 12am before i slept now its 9:20am and im reporting this because i was mad and just slept
