Apparently I did nothing and got banned that's cool I got banned for "same interests as someone ...?" Is this actually a joke or is this actually how this site runs?

You didn't get DNT for nothing.
I reviewed the report and it's clear as day that you are DNT evading.
You've already received a warning for reporting Wortel's report and trying to get a different outcome while wasting staff time,
so I highly suggest that you don't make another dispute and Request a Pardon.
