40-99 smithing

So i was wondering how long it will take for 40-99 smithing through smelting cannonballs botting 6hours a day..... and also how much profit i will make and what bot should i use?

If kabal is right about the xp/hour it will take you around 1,000 hours.
(166 days if you bot 6 hours per day, which is 5+ months for 99)

 

superheat gold ore and make 99 magic and 99 smithing, its like 70k/hr for each. just get the goldsmith gloves though.

 

Do this. When I did it on my main with gaunts it was about 115k/hour on each though.

I would superheat. 99 smithing and magic at the same time

 

I am in the artisan's workshop right now, the bot isn't absolutely the best but doing Iron Ingots (III) I am getting around 60 - 70k exp/h at 53 smithing. It is probably going to be very expensive way to get a 99, but I am just testing it. I use about 1k iron ore an hour going at Iron Ingots (III) if you use (II)s then You would probably be getting 50k an hour and use around 800 - 900 ores or so an hour. These are just general figures, I haven't done a conclusive study so take this with a grain of salt.


This is with none of the respect rewards yet, which cost 20% respect, 40% respect, and 60% respect respectively. They give you like 5% more exp, 10% more, and 15% more per ceremonial burial armor piece made.

 

I'd just super heat. Your going to get like max 80k xp a day doing that

 

thanks for the sugggestions but can someone tell me how much profit i would make through cannonballs and how much loss if i superheat gold ores?

Profit=230

Gold Ore=194
Nature rune=99
Gold Bar=130
Profit=-163

Cannonballs will make you money but will be longer. Gold ore will be faster, you will get 2 99's, but you will lose money.
