Give.n.take banned help

Hey sometime ago I got a virus or a RAT from a download I restored my computer though later on when I logged unto my Sythe account the pass was wrong. So I talked to the guy that Gave me the dl link and told him it was illegal and that I would report him to the authorities if he didn't give me back all my account(s) he had hacked,well of course he gave back the account but now I have logged on I see the account has been banned for the reason being that I was hacked this ban Is supposedly to last 2 years... I appreciate sythe taking this precaution as I would not want him ruining my rep and hacking people matter of fact I told benwise about my issue using my msn [email protected] and he banned the account for me. Now, that I have the account back may you guys lift the ban?

I don't know him, he just requested it on MSN... Don't know how I could verify it.
