I don't like Scotty.

After reading the situation and what happened, I don't think I like Scotty. Regardless if it was a joke or not I guarentee Scotty would have demanded $100k. He used his "ban" of dicing as some kind of safety net with the thought that if he lost, he might have a chance to play the role of victim as he did and get out with $30 paypal.

I'd ban Scotty. Maybe he may not "legally" owe $100k so you cannot enforce it with the state, but he's obviously a fuck who's willing to gamble with his life, even as a joke.

I don't know all the details but I'm just giving my opinion based on what I've read.

 

I 100% guarantee that Scotty would not have asked for 100k. First of all the second 50k was void. Secondly Scotty did not play the victim. He played the I'm a retard card and requested a ban for it already. They already resolved it no need to talk about it again.
