I met a girl 4 days ago on the train. We caught each other looking and we happened to get off at the same stop. I walked up to her and called her gorgeous and we got to talking. it was nice small talk and I walked her to where she was going and she gave me her work number to give her a call. . I called her today for the first time and she was happy to hear from me saying she was expecting me to call the day after i met her and she liked how i was different. We had a pleaseant conversation. We spoke about our plans for the weekend and she told me her friend cancelled on her. I told her id be with a friend tonight and asked if she wanted to hang out. She then asked me for my mobile number and she texted me. this is the chat log

her: I hope i got your number right
me: yeah you sure did
her: so where do you usually chill with your friends?
me: Usually we go out but tonight ill just be with a friend. I was hoping we could hang out at your place.
me: Unless you want to go out. (double text)

she hasnt responded and its been 8 hours. keep in mind she moved here from russia 5 years ago

how bad did i fuck up?

 

I believe she didn't like the fact that you said "I was hoping we could hang out at your place." Why don't you have them hang out at yours?

Just text back saying something along the lines of "Oh, I spoke with my friend and we decided to go to (bar, club, movies, etc). You should come with us. If you don't like what we are doing, we can go to wherever you want to go."

 

i dont want to text her again. If I called her next week would she talk to me or would she just ignore me?

 

Why would you not want to text her again? Whether she'd pick up or not is based on how she sees/likes you which unfortunately, I don't know. How long as it been since you text her? Maybe she's busy right now and hasn't got to your text?

 

well i feel like i should wait a little bit before talking to her since i already texted twice

 

What you want to do, is text her asking if she wants to go out. Whether you want to or not. Alcohol relaxes you, but not too much. Nothing's more offputting than having your date throwing up in the street.

If she doesn't reply to that text, you wait 3 or 4 days, and text her saying something along the lines of 'Hey, was just thinking that we haven't talked in a while, how's your day been'

This is because she will realise how much she misses you when you text her.

Oh, you didn't state that on your main post earlier so yeah, in that case, wait it out and don't text her back. Wait for maybe next week or tomorrow and just go about a normal convo and see if she wants to go out somewhere.

 

my main question is. like is it over for me? she seemed to really like me and enjoy talking to me. it would suck if i ruined everything off one text

 

If you ruin everything from one text, that girl is fickle and it wouldn't have lasted long anyway. So I'm going to go with No. You haven't ruined it just yet.

No. If she texts back. Just let the problems slide, if you bring it up, it will just bring up awkward moments, if something bad happens, just laugh it off and call it a loss. Don't try to bring it up and fix it.

Leave it alone for a couple days. If you keep texting her it'll probably just annoy her.

 

yeah obviously i just dont want her thinking im a creep. i need to repair the damage. I talked to my friend and he said its not that big of a deal. but he might just me sparing my feelings

 

If you keep texting her, after having texted that one slightly creepy message, she's going to think you're a creep.

I take it that she still hasn't texted back. That's usually a sign that they're no longer interested. However, if you want, since you have nothing to lose, you could text her later in the day trying to make up.
