"Rsgpbuyer sold an account (clearlee) that was not his. That account got recovered and was sold and resold several times by the individual who owned it. Rsgpbuyer should have received a ban at the time but he didn't, I just discovered it now so that's why there has been this 4-5 month delay. I'd like to hear your side of the story"

If rsgpbuyer didn't own the account why did he attempt to resell it on Equate and Purple Smurf?

 

I've changed purple smurf's ban to a permanent one since he clearly (clearlee, haha) lied about the situation. That being said, the "you are responsible for your IP" rule is intended to prevent people from claiming that their brother/roommate/grandmother/dog was the scammer, and not themselves. Since Elena's proven that she's not Purple Smurf, she won't be held responsible for his actions
