still banned

I got permbanned for showing warez on sythe. I explained my situation then it became a 1 month ban. I honestly, completely still think this is wrong. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG. I DID NOT LINK TO THE DIRECT DOWNLOAD OF WAREZ

FOR GOD'S SAKE. A GUY TOLD ME THE WEBSITE'S NAME ON SYTHE HERE AND I GET BANNED FOR REPOSTING IT.

Look at it this way, you get banned if you post direct links to warez. Talking about warez (neutrally) does not get you fucking banned. The most you should do is infract me. I feel like I've scammed 100M of a respectable member and spat on their face. 1 Month ban? Comon. First you ban me permanently (For posting a link to a FORUM ABOUT VBULLETIN IN A THREAD ABOUT VBULLETIN) then you decrease that to a 1 month temporary ban?

I could simply ban evade and create another one like the rest of the 12 year olds lurking here, but I don't want to. I'd like to have my account back, with an infraction (Or hell, a 3 day ban. Whatever, just not a month ban?)

I've also noticed that I cannot reply to my own topics here (even after a mod replies asking me a question) so I had to create another disposable account just for the sake of PMing pshynosis. Is there anyway around creating an account everytime I need to PM someone? Please look this over.
