Premium scripts for oldschool 07?

Hey guys, this is an interest check.
Me and a few IRL friends are thinking of creating a site and offer premium scripts, and kinda offer the same experience as rsbots.net/autofighter.org did

- Scripts would be 100% flawless and run for at least 12 hours.
- Scripts would support all major bot clients (for now this would be wbot and tribot)
- Scripts would cost between 5 to 15 USD.
- Customers get support from people who have allot of experience with the clients and computers in general.

This thread isn't a discussion of wether its possible for me to do this or not, just "IF" I did this perfectly would you be interested?

 

I'd be more than happy although it'd be a massive task. Props if you can do it. No one who ever succeeded acknowledged to those who said they couldn't; I'm sure it'd be unbelievably profitable provided you could get it done quickly but you're not the only ones with this idea

Hopefully you can do it, but it won't be an easy task. No one's been able to repeat it since, not bots as good as them.

Not to mention I hope you guys would be dedicated and by few I mean you are enough to handle 2-3 scripts each. It took long enough for updates for the old scripters to maintain their scripts.

You will have to build trust as well, by trust I mean show that you would be there for long. Show your first scripts works flawlessly.

 

I was a member of RSCheata, some of the scripts on rsbots.net I contributed too. I know its a big task and we might just end up with only a few scripts in the beginning.

I have real-world programming experience, I've worked in teams before supplying software to multinationals. I do honestly think I have what it takes, most of my friends are programming students at uni at they got some nice skills.

I don't want you to take my word for it, I expect you to follow on reviews, and proof. This isn't a crowd-funded kickstarter project. This thread is just an interest-check.

 

These current bots that I work with are just horrible. If you have the time, patience, and determination to do it then by all means.

Nah man no one is willing to pay only 5 - 15 dollars for flawless RS07 scripts.
(sorry for sarcasm )

But in all seriousness this would make a great deal of money if they were indeed scripts which did popular methods and if you release them sooner rather than lat r (I know that it takes a lot of time to make a good script though) but time is of the essence! Also it might be best to actually release them after random event solvers are out unless you wish to code your very own.

Yes, a few people I've talked to urged me to make the scripts ASAP, but I don't see why, in the end people will always need bots right? rsbots.net kept growing till the very end iirc. Right now the botting community isn't at its biggest yet. I expect the biggest load of players to come after the summer.

And no. I don't think writing random solvers ourselves is a good idea, but by supporting multiple botclients I think many (temporary client-related) issues can be resolved.

Yea there is defiantly a big demand for premium bots for 07, the better question is how soon can you have these done by ?

 

Yes I would be happy to pay for a flawless yew chopper or any money maker scripts with no requirements.

I'm not really interested in buying scripts, but if by chance you are looking for more script writers I would be willing to join in.

 

I'ma go with no... You'd be leeching off the back of the bot authors. Unless you'd actually pay them a set percentage per script sold this is just a terrible idea.

 

You guys would have to talk to Webjoch about this for wBot, were trying to not let many members become scripters as there are so many accusations of them hacking people.

 

If I bought a script would I have access to the script on multiple bots?

its not a question if i will pay for the scripts..is just when will this be out so i can start paying!!! lol
