looking for 07 combat guide!

hello i am looking for the best xp per hour spots on 07 so can u take the time to write the spots till like 45 str and att thanks!!!

 

i would do all the quests, you can get to like 45 atk and 35 str with questing.

u can do it with 10 hp, u can sara brew and run pass everything.

 

Definitely the best place i have found to train attack, strength and range is at experiments.

Their combat level is 25 making their max hit very low and they also have 100 hp meaning training there is pretty afk and you can hit rates of about 38k exp per hour.

I guess you could say the downside is that you have to have completed the 'Creature of Frenkenstrain' quest to access the experiment caves; however it's a really easy quest so it's totally worth doing it to train there.

 

Waterfall quest = 30 attack/strength.

The Grand Tree = Attack XP.

Tree Gnome Village = Attack XP.

Fight Arena = Attack XP, I think.

Then manually train at Monks (Edgeville), Al Kharid warriors or Rock Crabs.

 

You can do waterfall quest at 10hp.

Waterfall Quest = 30 str & 30 Attack

From there, just train on rock crabs/monks/experiments

 

False you don't have to complete creatures of frenkenstrain you just need to start it and get about half way through it.
