Mithril Arrows Help?

Hey recently i bought rs gold from a website and they have completed my order but left me 13m worth of mithril fire arrows that will not sell. How can i get my 13m gp?

 

Sell them to a junk buyer for 0.15/mil - 0.20/mil. Or you can ask them. They usually make fire arrows as a way to transfer the gold, they probably forgot to trade over the mithril fire arrows

 

Contact them and inform them of their mistake.

I don't think they meant to leave it there on purpose, because that would be very bad for business indeed.

 

I contacted them a few hours ago and they told me not to sell them (presumably because it could be bad for economy) but they said sorry and have not touched my account. I still have 40m but i want that 13m haha.

 

Follow what they say.

40m but what i had was 27m and then 13m worth of mithril arrows =/

 

Oh well then it's a definite mistake.

Go complain and keep complaining until they loosen up. Threaten to give them bad rep if they don't, I guess.
