Looking into a thread removal

Hello.

Some time ago, a forum user was scammed by one of trial boosters in my company. He went behind the website's/company's back to save money and purchase directly off a booster. His money got stolen and then he accused my company for it. The trial was ofcourse immediately fired.

I got the issue resolved but now the post is out there in Google when people search my company's name and they don't even bother reading that the company itself was not responsible for this. Forum user did not purchase off the website directly and that is just black market.

I would kindly ask the Sythe moderators to delete the thread so it does not continuously spread bad thoughts about my company as we've been doing business on Sythe and other forums for a while now, including the website with no such incidents.

Yet we're losing many customers simply because of this thread.

The site's policy is not to delete threads as they may be relevant in the future. Having said that, I've redacted some of the information in that thread on the basis that it may be defamatory. This is the best I can do.
