I can't even tell if this is serious or not...

Banned for "DDoSing"???
First off, where is the proof of this??
Yes i'll admit I jokingly told random people multiple times that I was going to "hit" them offline in the Discord but I of course was never serious and was just having fun. It became a meme between me/Talon/Scotty for a while and I can assure you we were just having fun and wouldn't ever cause somebody that sort of harm nor do we even know how to go about "DDoSing" someone. I'm not exactly sure who took the initiative of banning me but I can only assume it's someone who has itching antipathy for me because this is the most fucking retarded ban I've ever seen in the time I've been here.
Simply put, I'm not a DDoSer nor a blackhat in any way shape or form. I'm just a 16 year old Californian boy who has donated thousands of dollars of my own money to this site only out of pure generosity in hopes to see it grow and flourish but after this happened I can't say I haven't lost hope in the jurisdiction system that this site holds.

Please actually look into this ban and take into consideration how much I've committed to this site over the past two years that I've been here. Examples of me giving back include me partaking in giving back to the community by donating thousands of dollars to this site, hosting multiple minirank and gold giveaways, and working my fucking ass off to expose the multiple high donor rank scammers that lurk around here. I hope that I can be trusted in saying that I wouldn't EVER even consider throwing away my position of extreme trust to become blackhat scum.

If it helps at all I will literally go through every single registry in my computer via share screen to prove that I have no malicious software.

Again, I beg of you to please actually look into this. I would NEVER DDoS anybody nor do I even know how to. I can assure you I will NEVER jokingly threaten anybody in the Discord EVER again in order to avoid future problems that might occur such as this.

All hope is lost in this site if I actually stay banned for this...

 

A report was filed by Elite Dust from an interaction in discord yesterday that led to Elite be knocked offline.

In particular:
- Dust talks about staking
- Attempt to find his rs accounts/messaging Biopower/Talon offering to buy the names
- Messaging Dust with 2 account names
- "I'll hit you off bro"

- Dust being knocked offline on two different rs accounts while staking directly after this altercation
- Other accounts being logged in did not result in an attack

Edit: Pureaddiction messaged me on discord, the 2 accounts being knocked off I mention as in the following: When staking on the known 2 accounts, short burst ddos attacks went through knocking him off at stakes. On other accounts, there was no problem (from Elite's argument, due to you not knowing the names).

Also, some evidence of someone (identity isn't yet confirmed) nagging people on twitch and possibly TS attempting to get Dust's IP.

This also does not account for any possible doxing (staff hasn't yet looked at this/it is off-site so that's tbd).


That is about the entirety of it, but it is detailed with pictures and the likes in SL.

 

After a long conversation in discord with @JoshuaG the ban has been lifted due to the possibility of a setup.

There is not enough evidence and given Josh's stature, I trust him.

But seriously guys, maybe let this be a slight warning of maybe threatening to ddos people is not the best behavior (even if trolling) ... definitely if that person gets ddosed. This extends to doxing and the likes too. There's a fine line between trolling, and well, being a dick and threatening people.
