Wtf. Account Recovery System Broken?

Anyways, I have been trying to recover my Main account that has been stolen from me. I enter the same information each time and get declined for different things. Example: I get declined for passwords. so I change passwords then try again.. First attempt, Creation Details only. Second Attempt: Recovery Questions.. I used the exact same recoveries on attempt 1 and now I am declined. WTF?!?! How can I get my main back? Is it better to check I didnt set any or try to guess at them?

 

You say it has been stolen. Than i think the hacker changed everything on your account so that sucks. I did the same things as you and I got accepted in just 1minute! Filled in all of the forms

 

Try saying there are no recoveries but mentioning something about them in the notes section. Also if youve ever payed for membership with a credit card then that will help too. Try to provide every single piece of information you know.

Are you trying to recover off the same ip adress that you created the account on and play on the majority of the time? Because they do check that.

Just try and be as definate and chuck in as much info as possible.

 

Was there no recoveries when you sold it or when it was hacked?

If not he can set recoveries instantly.

 

I don't remember. I did NOT sell the account. iI have a file on my desktop where I keep my info. My friend keylogged me + took my file. Now he has my account and I am struggling to get it back.
