I can't believe this is being allowed [Dice Nation Situation]

This is a post regarding the recent scam reports made about DiceNation:

As far as I have read the post it seems like that one of the excuses "DiceNation" falls back on is the fact that as long as you mention that you do not refund people if they get scammed by a rank who swaps money in their name than it's oké to scam & not refund people?

The way I was "raised" by the Sythe community was that if this kind of thing ever happends you refund the person up to the amount that said Swap rank was allowed to take. Making some kind of TOS in which you tell people that you do not give refunds for if people get scammed by YOUR swappers is freaking absurd and morally wrong. I sincerely hope that I am not the only person who thinks it's ridiculous that we allow this scum in our community. This is not only bad for our community but also for the reputation of swapping in general.

Have some manors and refund your customer if one of your ranks ended up scamming. I mean isn't that partly why Clans charge a buy-in fee?

Feel free to share your opinion or correct me if I am wrong or missed something. But to me it now looks like as long as you tell beforehand that you aren't refunding people you basicly have a golden ticket to scam whoever you want?

 

Finally he atleast got a DNT for now. Let's hope we can initiate a bann soon.

 

I don’t think a ban is warranted. There is a lot going on there. Maybe a TWC after refunded.
