I cannot create Windows Live accounts

When I attempt to create a Windows Live account, it says that I have reached my daily limit today and that I need to try later. I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone created 2 Windows Live accounts for me, I don't care whatever its called but it MUST have a birth date of 1990 please. It will be more of a trash account that I wont use but I need it to register it onto something. Thank you SO MUCH to whoever takes the few minutes to help me.

After you've created one, just PM me the username ([email protected]) along with the password.
