Reason for my ban: I Can Train 70m 07 Scammed

I've been banned for 6 months for something I didn't do, this is my side of the story.

I went to meet with someone who was interested in an account I had for sale, details were traded and we met up in game to do the sale. As I was in the trade window I thought it would be wise of me to search his skype username on sythe, in doing so I found out in fact he was evading and I declined the trade. The print screen showing otherwise must be manipulated, I have no other explanation for this. The only way I believe I can prove it is fake is by putting it next to another print screen.

As you can see the first image (used to prove me guilty of scamming) is distorted and more pixelated than the image below, a normal print screen.

This image is being used to back up that I accepted the trade at 10:33, but in fact this is evidence that I did not accept it, as I realised he was evading and declined at that time.

I would like to add that I am extremely sad that I have been banned for something I would never do, I have given away more and I'd admit it if I had and just pay 70m to get my account - I belive reputation is far more important than pixels.

You make two arguments:

1. The picture was photoshopped because compared to a 'normal print screen', the picture was more pixelated; and
2. The second screenshot of you saying 'hang on' demonstrates that you did not accept the trade.

The first one is a question of fact, and requires someone that knows something about GFX/Photoshop. Matt looked into it at the time, and his conclusion was that it was very unlikely that the image was photo-shopped because (1) the pixels were perfectly aligned, and (2) the 'texture' didn't change. Your argument doesn't rebut these points, and Matt's analysis seems to be the better approach to follow: if it was photoshopped, we would expect to see the pixels not align perfectly. The pixels aligned perfectly. Therefore it is probably not photoshopped.

The second one can go both ways, and you can say 'hang on' before accepting the trade just as easily as 'hang on' after accepting the trade.

From what I can tell Matt acted appropriately, and since you haven't been able to rebut his points, I can only deny your dispute. You can refile to address my points and/or ask another mod to review it. You can also apply for a pardon.
