[WTB] Steam account with a lot of hours in TF2.

I'm looking to purchase a steam account for myself that has preferably over 3,000 in TF2. I'm not particularly looking for this account to have a lot of games, or nice items, but i do require that it has no VAC and game bans, and isn't banned on Steamrep or other places.
