Pardon request, ban evasion/3 year old self vouch. formerly super trusted

First off i would like to say sorry to anyone i might have offended along the way and hello to all my old friends whom i have missed very much in my time away from Sythe.



This is my high pardon request for Classic PKer. Over 1 year and 6 months ago i submitted my first request which gained open support from 6+ mods (or higher) in the form of posting on my actual request. for that i am very grateful and i am also gratefull for the oportunity to request again. as far as i know my first request made it to the upper lounge and was denied. I apologize for the length of this request as I know brief and compact is best but I feel the need to explain in detail.



reason i was banned: i was banned for ban evasion over multiple accounts leading back to "the jolly roger". meaning i have evaded more then once. The original ban on the jolly roger was for a self vouch. since that time i have accumulated hundreds of vouches for over $40,000 and have done almost matched that amount of business since my removal form the site. I GREATLY regret ever vouching myself when i first joined Sythe. I was very eager to jump right into the trading game and to try to earn some money and respect for myself. I do realize that it was a very selfish and dishonest move on my part. vouches are very important on a forum like this, they are used to gauge a person and provide a history for each member. i am sorry that i ever tried to manipulate this sytem and i agree with the ban that was given to me at that time. since then i have learned and grown an awful lot which can be seen by my progress since that time. I did ban evade and kept coming back to this site. i love sythe, i was obsessed with it almost. i acknowledge that returning to sythe under a different alias since your previous one is banned is again the policies of this site. i am very sorry for breaking this rule as well. i would argue that i did not come back as the same man, but as a new man who had learned from his mistake of self-vouching. a man who did show patience, loyalty, honesty, and trustworthyness. i will not say that i grew up overnight, but my experiences on Sythe molded me from "the jolly roger" to "classic pker"

my contributions to sythe: I fully support sythe and all of its members. i am a donor and have helped any person who has asked me for assistance or advice. although i never did get into user education i have coached members on a more private level. as shown in a history or my pms (if they still exist) i was always patient and as helpful as i could be with anyone asking me a question or for help, i will go out of my way for people. I have done hundred of trades and always wanted to be "that guy" who people could turn to for a safe and fair trade. i never overcharged anyone and always had the most competitive prices. for me it wasnt only about making money, it was equally about having fun and enjoying the feeling of being able to get people what they wanted. reading through my vouches most people have posted that i am "nice" "helpful" "friendly" etc.



my trustworthyness: i have over $40k in vouches and over 200 vouches. i have been in close relations with very trusted members, any of whom im sure will back me up (megabyte, greg, rsaccounttrader, punkerpunk13, plznate, viou, king tjin, r2pleasent, driveahonda). i have owed and paid Nate over $2000 on seperate occasions when i didnt have the cash handy to make a deal, i have held items and accounts for Will (R2p) that total over $1000 and have even sold gold for him. i will provide a brief synopsys of my vouches later in this request.

I was used as a middleman several times and even started saving proofs, barely any were ever posted but I do have them saved on my computer and most are backed on my vouch thread.



after being banned from this site i continued to trade with my contacts and added up over $20k in trades. A lot of this was done as a partner of Greg. i maintained my honestly and trustworthyness through-out. read this persons signature as supporting evidence:

There is one open ended issue that could come up and that is that I once sold an account to rsprod when he wasn’t staff and after him having it for several months it was recovered by an elite recovering team who thought it was still mine and used my information (they also recov my main and I was cleaned, maybe some people from the time remember this). I was in no way responsible for this and felt so bad that I even offered to pay him back half of what he paid me for the account bc at the time I was making good money off rs. Eventually we did track down who did it (leetpker) but neither of us could get any of our items/gp back. I was not banned for this bc it was not my fault and accepted by the mods/ other staff at the time to not be my fault. I would just like to repeat that I never have done anything harmful to any member ever nor will I ever.
I would say I was generally greatly respected during my time with sythe although firez became sort of my rival bc he would try over and over to prove I was evading a ban and eventually he won and I was ultimately banned. I do respect him for his diligence and dedication to following the rules as they are written to protect the commutity. If there was ever a rumor, reading my vouches, asking people about me, or talking to me directly would easily clear it up and show my true character.
I have missed Sythe and its members. i have missed the trades and the convos. i have missed being a part of it all. I can assure you that NO problems will ever arise with me and that my presence on Sythe would be nothing but positive. Adding to that i have only grown, learned, and matured over the past 18 months. Thank you for reading and considering. i appreciate it. I do not see how my coming back to the community could be in anyway negative and therefore why it would not be granted. I love this site and miss it. I am here asking for forgiveness, not an erasing of the past and I will accept any punishment given.
