banned but not banned???................

ok this is wat my problem is for some reason my home ip has been blocked/banned here. how do i know this u ask? well my account(this one) isn't banned and i can still post. and i can log onto this account from any other place(like friends house or school) and i can but when ever i am at home it say's sythe is taking too long to respond. I have no clue y this is happening and i would like to know if i have been ip banned for wat reason as i leave school soon i won't be able to see what the responses are until tomorrow but plz help me@!
