Price check on a crazy skiller acc

Ok i have had this skiller level 3 with 99 herb, 99 thieving, 99 fletching, 99 firemaking, 54 slayer~got off of genie lamps, and like the rest of the non combat stats are 70 up. Im getting 99 smithing next. So how much is this acc worth?

it also has 34 mil.

Ya it also has 0 black marks and it could yes COULD become a mod but then RS accused me of using a glitch which gave you unlimited XP so you wud see level 3 with like 99 slayer and stuff but then rs realized that it wasnt me so they apologized and gave me three months of members credit =]
