Explanation of the trade: Claims that when i deposited $50 ( Which was delayed ) by revolut that i tried to scam. As soon as i won $4800 on a lucky bonus win on sweet bonanza my account got locked and they say that i tried to scam them. They are now refusing to payout my balance and locked my account.

Hey Kanye happy to share our side. Basically what happened is the customer is question made a depo with a fake screenshot which he sent at 8:27 and the win was hit at 8:29 which then the customer knowing he submitted a fake screenshot then proceeded to actually send the payment at 8:32 only after the win which is backed up by the users own photo that he submitted. This person is a known scammer and he made 4-5 alts all of which he has tried to sent fake payment pics on. 1 of the accounts was a fake $500 venmo payment, 1 was a fake $105 venmo payment and there has been multiple Revolut attempts. This was the reason why the account was locked, if needed i will happy to send proof of the points i have outlined here and hopefully we can get this scammer banned from sythe because I'm sure if he sending fake payment screenshots to us he is trying to do it elsewhere as well. He also tried saying that the payment was pending as well and we only received afterwards for that reason which is a lie, revolut to revolut payments are always instant and we have never had one go pending before and furthermore if the payment was pending the timestamp would still reflect the original payment time which it doesn't and is yet more proof he is lying. So if you didn't see my balance directly why did i get my balance right after the payment was sent? Also as soon as i won my account got locked what a coincidence. They also said that i had to start all over again and they refilled my balance back to normal. This is not the first time these scammers have done this. As soon as someone wins $1000+ the account gets locked.

Provide timestamp proof. IE: Email confirmation with funds sent with timestamp shown.
