I'd like an explanation to a post of yours in a suggestion thread:

'It's one thing to post/trade on behalf of an unregistered user who may happen to be a friend. In some cases it's easier that way.

Posting/trading on behalf of a Banned user however, is strictly forbidden. They're Banned for a reason, and circumventing that ban via a user proxy will not be tolerated.'


Say, there is someone who is banned on sythe who I absolutely trust and has not been banned for scamming. Now, if I help him conduct a trade / trades through Sythe.org what rule am I breaking and / or why isn't it at one's own discretion to put their own reputation / membership on this site on the line, for someone they wish to help, whom they trust?

Just looking for an explanation, so I can understand your / Sythe.org's stance on the matter.

 

You aren't breaking rules, however you're responsible for him and if he ever scams with your assistance you'll be deemed as someone who helped him with it. Atleast in my understanding

 

Exactly, however: If I am willing to take that responsibility for instance, why am I still not allowed to do so? [ In my understanding, according to n4n0's post, it isn't allowed, regardless of circumstances ].

 

Just consider him as offsite worker or something like that. He can always ask for pardon. Syed during his ban was working with Grave, while I was banned I was still fire caping with Lured Yah and he redirected customers to me / let me use his skype and noone had problem with it.
