Buying a an Account with over 3m GP

I am only paying with paypal.

I would like an account that was only used to hol thed some GP.

I would prefer an account whitch has never been members.

i have and account for sale...
it has 6m, and 41 ranged/20 att, rest is 1(1 def/pray).

it do have recoveries, but we can use a MM(you pay fees), who i will give the recoveries to. he will check that they are infact correct. i tried removing them, but i couldnt...
