    Try using Weider's Principle, it helped me break my plateau at a plate and 15. Its like u do 4 sets with another small 4 rest pause sets within each set. So..
    Ex: Bench Press
    1st set (using a weight u can rep only 6 times): 4reps (rack wait 20 seconds), 4reps (rack wait 20 seconds), 2reps(rack wait 20 seconds), last 2reps (rack wait 20 seconds). Like this you get your 12 reps for hypertrophy but it will allow u to do power training at the same time. Its pretty interesting and worked for me.

    i think the pryamid training is much better for training bench and gets strenth up quickly
