    recovered my acc that got perm banned almost 2 years ago.

    it is perm banned, does that mean i can never get it back??

    EDIT: i used my appeal the day i got banned.

    I believe you have 2 appeals once getting perma ban.

    Why not give it a go? You cannot lose anything, as the account is stated as permanent banned.
