I'm using a Razer Kraken Headset PRO [ I NEED HELP ]

First of all, I've had this since Christmas.. It's worked fine until now.

I can ONLY hear music an what not now, & my mic is NOT working..

If someone can help me.. I would be willing to pay them if they can do so..

I am a Live streamer on twitch, an need to fix this ASAP. Please help?

Try this.

1. go to control panel/system and security/system

at the lft upper corner go to device maneger.

2. click the sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

3. right click on the realtek high defination audio and select properties.

4.click on drivers and select roll back driver
and then I restarted my computer and it worked
