explanation of the scam:

hello, i' m a worker in mypvm for almost 3 years, and facing a problem that you guys can only solve , a year ago i've put btc deposit with mypvm as it was approved by the founders and told them specifically that i don't want to sell them, want to keep them only deposit i have proof and evidence of everything i just want to explain first the situation and them i' m gonna be sending you all the screenshots below,. so that the moderator can help me get my 0.07btc back,as 23/12/2023 i made a ticket asking for my btc back that was on hold as deposit (0.07btc) and i was shocked that they told me they sold it and only returning back the usd value (1353$) as it is (0.03btc) note that not only i told them not sell but in case they sold it i should have received my 0.07btc back they have been dragging this situation for 3 days so they can get the announcement that they did, to hide behind it, but at the end told them to get the proof and they couldn't provide one, i tried communicating this via ticket but after 3 days of arguing they didn't admit that the mistake is from there side, that they didn't put me on the crypto holders list and didn't notify me about selling my 0.07btc without my approval.

please i would like a moderator to look after this thread carefully with all the screenshots, the difference between what they are giving me is 1353$ which is ONLY 0.03btc back when i've put 0.07btc, there is shortage of around 1700$ as today's btc 0.07btc is around 3000$.

Except for the individual reporting this, everyone else understood an announcement we made previously. At that time, we decided to cease accepting crypto deposits and bore the losses resulting from that decision. I'd like to emphasize that we provided everyone with the option to either withdraw their deposits in full or opt for liquidation, given the substantial losses incurred due to a plummeting market.

A declining market not only signifies operational losses but also underscores the reason behind our alteration in the deposit system. It poses a safety risk for customers, potentially encouraging fraudulent activities due to the stable USD values within our internal wallet system. (Manual adjustments were not enforced, nor was it technically possible to automatically adjust deposits based on current BTC prices.)

The same volatility responsible for value drops can also lead to surges, creating a conflicting situation in this unfortunate circumstance. I want to emphasize that the individual in question acknowledges the existence of the announcement, a fact supported by two other credible workers.

In a screenshot it is also said that instead of bumping the value, we asked to ask a friend for a deposit loan - meaning it is/was treated as USD - as can be seen here:

The most recent alteration in our spreadsheet occurred on March 21, 2022. Since then, there have been no further modifications made to our crypto deposit tracking. Rony's deposit occurred approximately 9 months after this last update.

While we acknowledge the unfortunate nature of this situation, we stand by our beliefs because:
a) We personally absorbed the losses at that time and offered everyone a fair choice when the coins experienced significant drops.
b) The rationale for discontinuing crypto deposits is understandable.
c) Others received their full compensation.
d) Either he failed to comprehend the decision back then or is unwilling to do so now.

In summary, he made a crypto deposit under the assumption that we were still using our "old" deposit system, unaware that we had discontinued it nine months prior.

The specific currency used for deposits is inconsequential since all deposits were and are automatically converted to USD (99.9% of the time – and now 100% of the time).
Nevertheless, certain individuals expressed a preference for depositing cryptocurrencies like BTC, SOL (refer to the provided screenshot), or other coins for temporary needs, such as fulfilling a particular order with a substantial deposit requirement (e.g., 10b+ Irons). The proposed process involved making a deposit, completing the job, and then receiving the deposit back, all within a short time frame.
It's important to note that job durations are not extended over a year, and even if they were, it wouldn't be logical to hold the deposit in a currency susceptible to significant volatility (e.g., a 10/20/30+% drop in a short timeframe). We would not have accepted non-cash deposits based on lessons learned from past experiences, and no such transactions occurred after March 2022.

Regarding proof, regrettably, we are unable to provide written documentation. (Same old story again... multiple servers deleted) In light of our past experiences, we have implemented a proactive approach to documentation since February 2023. We've diligently backed up every message, and I can provide evidence of our efforts to recover any potential announcements that may have been made.

Three months after the initial deposit and eight months before this current report, I explicitly communicated our stance on adapting deposit values. I made it clear that the fluctuation of cryptocurrency values is inconsequential to us, as our sole consideration is the USD value. I emphasized that I did not withdraw funds from individuals during periods of cryptocurrency market downturns.
In addition to the aforementioned screenshot, it's crucial to note that the most recent update to our spreadsheet occurred on March 22nd, 2022. Since that date, no alterations or modifications have been made to the tracking sheet. it underscores the cessation of tracking for cryptocurrency deposits since March 22nd, 2022.

However, Rony's acknowledgement of an announcement adds weight to the situation. While there's a possibility of misunderstanding, his lack of disagreement suggests an awareness of the announcement's existence.
Another detail that should be mentioned: One of the contributing factors to his loss of manager status is his occasional difficulty in adhering to rules. It may not be coincidental that a similar pattern emerged in this situation as well.

while you're talking a big game,you've provided an evidence that you 're clearly did a lot of *effort* on it,you can see above in the screenshots that **I**'ve sent you that evidence, to prove that i have btc with you with the transcript ,and would like to add that you couldn't provide a change of system or a proof of it, more than that using shade as a strategy wouldn't win you the case without proof.
