I would be surprised if that low quality report got him banned.

If this users name was Justin87 he would fry, but nothing in that report other than the fact that he has 2 of your display names 500 days later, has anything to do with Imnothigh. He could've bought them for all you know.

 

Doesn't matter though as he still would not be aloud to sell them even if he wasn't the person who recovered it. If it was just the display name let's say sniping, then that would be a different story. The full account was recovered and being resold again.

Plus confirmed same location so it is him. He's just trying to fool everyone.


Half of those names were owned by Justin and got sold to different people. Not a coincidence that all those names are being sold by one person.
