i gave him 1.6b on that game and was supposed to get 160m 07 in return.
except he never showed up on 07.

It looks like he was hacked. Can you please provide a screenshot of your agreement? I can't see that you were supposed to get 160M now. Also give me a screenshot of the conversation when you gave him the 1.6B

 

i do not have the printscreen of me actually trading the 1.6b over, however i do have the skype logs.

these proof that he is indeed the account 'unable' , and after he said 'accept?'
he said ok omw etc.
i did take a printscreen of me giving him the 1.6b~ but since i used prntscr, i copy'd it, and before i saved the printscreen i took another one wich caused the other one to delete itself.

Thanks for your report. Even though you don't have proof of trading the ~1.6b over. The conversations clearly shows the gp is given. Scowl will need to refund 155M 07 if he wants to return.
