F2P Pure Advice

I used to play runescape a long time ago, i restarted a month ago.

Got up to date with pking and everything, but i dont know where to train >.<


30 attack, 40 strength, 1 defence, 32 hp, 1 everything else



Anybody know where to get 40-60ish strength?

 

Monks, low level high hp.

 

Monks, Al-Kharid warriors (they pile on you, good for AFK too), and/or Barbarians.

 

I also trained at Flesh Crawlers when i was f2p.

bot at seagulls
50-60
Bot at goblins lvl 13,11,7,5 in the Strnghold
60+
flesh crawlers

 

flesh at f2p ,p2p rock crabs
