HUGE Duel Arena Bug

[KLucius]

JUST A DISCLAIMER: Jagex are already on top of this and people at the DA are being banned left and right for abusing it, I am writing this purely to spread awareness

With the release of the last update, the "Intercept" spell in the seren spellbook was changed. Since the update, it is possible to use it on somebody at the duel arena. This means that the first hit of each duel will be COMPLETELY NEGATED, giving the abuser a huge advantage. I just lost a 900m stake because of this

Update: Mod Chaose has now hotfixed this

Without evidence, no. Although I doubt Jagex would bother with refunds.

Thanks for the heads up

Interesting, thanks.

So happy I wasn't hosting at the time although I know a few hosts in the fc had to refund some decent sums of cash.

I'm guessing this is similar to disruption shield? This would have been the first thing that should have been noticed in the design process, Jagex is negligent.

[Huffer]

Thanks for the heads up. Heard briefly about this, but wasn't sure what was up.
