Removing recoveries - HELP

Hi,

I'm in the process of selling various accounts, some with recoveries, some without. However, it seems that Jagex has changed the recovery process for accounts, as I have already tried recovering my accounts with the correct information, but the recoveries remain. What am I doing wrong? :F

Account management -> Recover stolen/lost password

I once tried to recover simply by inputting the email, which was speedy, however, neither the email nor recoveries were removed.

when the email bot comes up put in a random email click go twice it will say 2 more trys keep doing it till it takes you to the recovery page

fill out all the information and then at the bottom enter a email which u do not use for your runescape accounts and then in 10 minutes check that inbox hopefully shud reset ur recoveries

 

Yes, I did exactly that. However, they only sent me a link through email to set a new password, and the recoveries weren't reset. Any help? :F

 

cancel the recoveries, and wait, I think this is the only way to do it now.

 

Just go to the 'stolen password'. That works for me.

 

I did exactly that, it didn't remove the recoveries, however.
