TWC request for jerjer

Really fishy actions, PMed me asking for contact info for my LoL acc. Replied and he added me. Made an initial offer of $350, I said thanks but I am looking for a b/o of $500 so I'll set you as current offer. Goes on to say how I won't get 500 because "im not trusted" and etc. But then suddenly bumps his offer to $425. So I'm not trusted enough to get 500 but I am to get 350/425? lol

Either way, I accept his offer of 425 and he says I must go first. I ask to use a middleman, and he declines and refers me to his vouches saying, "Theres no need for a MM I'm trusted". All of his vouches are for RSGP and not even massive amounts, no deals nearing ~$400. Calling complete bullshit on this guy, trying to force me to go first and refusing a middleman.
