He claims he will be paying out when he comes back, I'll redact everything I've posted IF he pays out. It is TOTALLY possible that he is having internet issues. I definitely don't want the community to hold this against him if he plans to pay and just had unfortunate circumstances.

AGAIN, I will UPDATE WITH RESULTS. Should have payout in the next few hours unless he's making stuff up, but I'm holding out for legitimacy

He is still offline, he has also threatened me.

I'd like him banned rather than risk security for other users, I'll include some extra info here to prove he's a scumbag.

Even if he really is having internet issues, he's extremely shit about communicating and took my money over 24 hours ago. Unacceptable.

You can give him some more time to apologize for this retardation, but I basically give up on getting anything out of him. He seems like a scumbag.
