Buy Pure with at least 1 99 stat and cash on it!

I am currently buying a lvl 99range/mage pure or really any pure, hoping with at least 25m cash, for a seriosly custom private server, to check out the server go to it at 74.193.160.235, i took lots of time making this, and it has to be the most advanced and customed server out there, all is custom, skills, train, and etc. lots more!
I currently also have a lvl 103 account, but i recently lost all of my cash, and i have lost hope in my account, that is my reason for buying.
