HP Shop - potential scamPersonally I think this is a misunderstanding(not scamming yet) and due to him not having anything linked to his account the money is taking a longer time for him to access.
I was purchasing 70M OSRS for $63 USD from HP Shop while I had some down time at work. I told him how long the trade might take because I was at work and he was okay with it. I kept up with my end of the deal. The first time I sent money to him I was doing it on my phone the exact same way I always do it. He told me it was reserved until a later date so he refunded. I didn't know how that happened so I resent. It'll show on one of the pictures that the transaction is completed on my end but because he doesn't have a card/bank account attached to his PayPal he can't get the money for a few days. That isn't my fault or problem so he should either refund me or give me what I purchased.
