HP Request for Dark Man X

Hello, in this high pardon request I will be honest about everything in my Sythe history, explain everything, and hopefully be High Pardoned. If the decision is a No, may the staff please post reasonable reasons, of why it was denied, thanks.

Sythe History:

My first ever Sythe account was 'Devilz253' - http://sythe.org/member.php?u=127164 (I made this back in 2007), Went inactive for a while, and when I got back I forgot the password/and email password, which made me create another sythe account.

My second Sythe account was eventually banned because:

- I saw a scam report where User 1 hacked User2's Rs account.
- I was about to purchase this account from User1 Using an MM, until I saw the report
- I asked the middleman to take the account from User1, and change the password and return it to User2.
- However, the middleman reported me for attempted scamming, which ended me up being perm banned.

This made me begin ban evading, I continued getting caught, and continued making new accounts.

My Mistakes:

- I shouldn't have ban evaded, I should've disputed the original ban (At the time, I honestly thought I'll be able to evade without problems, however I had no bad intentions, I just didn't want to go to the hassle of disputing)

- I shouldn't have ever asked the middleman to scam the account back (It shouldn't have been my business, and asking someone to scam is wrong)

- I am sincerely sorry for this, it was a bad mistake from me.

So I Continously ban evaded, and there was no high pardon system at the time, so once i got caught evading, I thought there was no going back.

I have posted myself as Dark Man X as that account made the most contribution in my eyes.

Eventually, this account was banned again for ban evading. After this I made some mistakes I'll always regret:

- I have serial Ban evaded.

- I scammed quite a few people, to gain as much $$ as I could. (This was a very bad mistake, but I am sincerely sorry I am very remorseful for this, I wish Sythe could look past this):

It was a moment of madness from me, I was just really angry I worked so hard to gain vouches/try again at being a trusted member of Sythe, but once again I got caught for ban evading, the scamming was nothing more than a moment of madness. I really do regret it.

My requests:

- I really wish I could be a genuine member on Sythe again, In real live I've always felt I'm a good person, I could never see my self ever scamming, the scamming was nothing more than a moment of madness (because I got caught for evading after getting so trusted)

- Why do I believe I deserve a High Pardon?

Well, Before Dark Man X, i was already a serial ban evader, and if I was just on this website to scam, I would have just scammed before Dark Man X got banned, as I had an oppurtunity to scam a Blue Partyhat twice (Which was more or less the most money you could trade on the website):

On the first post, close to the bottom.

Even though knowing I was a ban evader I wanted to be a legit member on Sythe again and attempted to do so on this account, by changing my IP, hoping I would never get caught. However I did.

I just want that oppurtunity again, please. I want to be a legit member on Sythe again, Like I attempted to do so with Dark Man X. I just want it to be legit, and not get banned for evading again.

Also, I'm not sure how this section came about however the ex-mod who got banned for ban evading can't remember his name (begun with K) A market mod or something. But I explained this situation to him (while he was a mod) and he said he would give me another chance if it was his choice, then he said he would forward this idea to globals/admins for me.

Please consider this Admins/Mods. Whatever the replies are, can you please give reasons, so I know why, you've given that response please, also give me a chance to explain if you have any questions, Thank you.

I really want another oppurtunity so please even consider unbanning me under any terms/conditions, e.g:

- Brand new account (With TWC)
- Anything (I don't know)

But please, I just want one more chance, I won't dissapoint, Thank you.

 

I have banned you over 10 times personally. I hope this is a sick joke. I can hunt you down as well, I even had my own thread totally dedicated to catching you.

You also got banned 4 times in the last 3 days on different sythe accounts for scamming, continuously.

 

Uh.. lulz? Pay back everyone you scammed and show proof then post another one.
