Looks pretty good, but i would save up a little more and go with an I5, ideally a 2500k if you plan on overclocking. Also for around the same price you should be able to get a good overclocked 560ti.

In that case you should be more than fine. Though just so you know the 2500k overclocks to 4.0Ghz+ on stock cooling. Plus you get 2 extra cores.

Definately. Even at stock the 2500k is worlds faster than the i3. 2 extra cores and a faster clock speed and more l2 and l3 cache.

Change your PSU to - Corsiar 650W.

    And processor - Intel i5 2500k.

I have the same graphics card at the moment, and it's very nice.

    Hows my PC Build?

You shouldn't need more than a 500W power supply honestly.

I would take laptops advice with you and get the corsair 600w, also the i5 is really nice, save up the extra and buy it :) You don't have to OC like everyone says. I use an i7-2600k stock and i don't see why you would ever need to OC an already powerful processor. Doing so just ruins the lengthy warranty they come with.

I have that PSU, and have had no problems with it so far. Corsair are very good.

600W he could get away with, but there's nothing wrong with making sure you have adequate power especially when he's running intense applications that require a lot of power. Besides, it's good to have extra power so there's room for future upgrades in the future and such.

    Hows my PC Build?

Absolutely. The i5 at stock clock speed should be more than you need, and just raw power if you decide to overclock. The 560 ti can play any game on the market currently, very nice gpu. If you're not going to use a lot of space, you can swap out your 1tb HDD for a 128gb SSD if you'd prefer more speed.

It is a beast build for the price.

    Hows my PC Build?

    Couple of things.

The new Corsair series is cheaper but also the quality has dropped significantly.
The other thing is that your build probably spikes at 450W so u wouldn't need more than a quality 500W PSU. Even if you plan on upgrading, they are making parts less consuming thesedays.

Never hurts to have a bit of extra power, they're what, $20 more expensive?

And I've not heard anything about Corsair's quality dropping...
